⭕#Procedure making #Gulab_jamun - Combine all things and knead it, while knead grease ur figure tip with oil that the dough will not stick…when smother dough ready as in pics then make small balls and fry them in very medium heat oil, when it's turn golden turn them out !!
Make sheera by combining all these !!when sugar all dissolved then with finger if it's Lil bit sticky then it's done, now put aside from flame !!

#Tips - ▶When frying balls heat of oil medium that it cooked slowly on continouse stir !!! - if flame high it turns balls brown this will result will hard inner or not cooked fully !!! ▶Used always double fat milk as Nido - ▶Sheera should be normal when balls dip in it, if sheera on boiling point that will result balls into pieces !!! - Keep these tips while making gulab jaman…very delicious gulab jaman ready :)
