Firstly,will start with cutting 8 thick cubes of cottage cheese for 4 servings and then will shallow fry them in a pan and keep it aside.
Now,will finely chop capsicum and onion and just sauté them for about a minute and add Khoya to any bowl with the sautéed veggies,mix them finely and add the spices(salt as per your taste and red chilli powder) and give them a good mix.
Now,will take around a teaspoon of khoya mixture and add it between 2 cubes of cottage cheese and spread some grated cheese on top of our TUKDAS and heat them in low flame for just a minute so that the cheese melts.
