  1. Get 200 gm dry Milk powder
  2. Take 1/2 cup fresh Milk
  3. Make ready 2 tsp clarified Butter (makhan)
  4. Make ready 1 tsp Cream (optional)
Instructions to make Homemade khoya:
  1. In a pan add butter and let it melt.
  2. Turn off the flame and aad cream and milk and mix it well
  3. Now turn on the flame and let the milk brings to boil
  4. Gradually add dry milk powder and mix continusly
  5. Cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pan
  6. (Approx 10-15 minutes) And mix continusly
  7. Let it cool and set in Desired shape moulds
  8. Can be kept in refrigerator upto 10 days
