Akara is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions every day. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Akara is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can have akara using 6 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Akara:
  1. Get 3 cups beans
  2. Take 4 fresh red pepper
  3. Get Salt
  4. Prepare 1/2 kg Groundnut oil
  5. Get 3 big Onions
  6. Prepare 3 Maggi
Steps to make Akara:
  1. Pick the dirt in beans,soak for 2mins.sieve out and wash to wash off the back.
  2. Make sure is done neatly.
  3. Pour in a container,add onions,pepper and blend in a mill.blend to puree
  4. Boil water and pour in it.mix vigorously to avoid lumps.add salt.
  5. Put a dry pan on fire,add groundnut oil heat up for few mins and scoope in the akara beans with a cooking spoon.
  6. Gradually do it.and do it batch by batch.turn as it turns brown.
  7. Bring it down onces is done.but put in a sieve so that the oil will drain off.
  8. Enjoy with pap or oat.
