Instructions to make Sol kokum:
  1. Take 1 cup of water in a pan and bring it to boil.
  2. Add kokum petal in it and then squeeze out the pulp from kokum.
  3. After 5 min turn off the flame and cool down completely.
  4. Put coconut, garlic, chilli, salt, sugar, and 1 1/2 cup of hot water.
  5. Blend it for 1 minute. Strain the coconut milk from the strainer. Coconut milk is ready.
  6. Take coconut milk in a bowl.
  7. Add kokum concentrate into coconut milk and stir well.
  8. Pour it in a glass and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

Kokum butter has a firm texture that's similar to cocoa butter. It's firmer and more crumbly than other butters Bramble Berry carries, including shea. Kokum is relatively a hard butter & is best used within cosmetic formulations along with other ingredients to make it more pliable while developing.
