  1. Wash and marinate the keema with salt,turmeric powder, red chilli Powder,garam masala powder,hung curd,ginger garlic paste and oil.keep aside for 30 minutes
  2. Now heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli whole and whole garam masalas
  3. As it crackle add chopped onions,saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
  4. As the onions are brown add ginger garlic paste and saute
  5. Now add the Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
  6. Now add cumin coriander powder,red chilli Powder and saute well till oil separates
  7. Add marinated keema and saute well
  8. Cover and cook stirring occasionally
  9. As the keema is soft add moist,potatoes are tender beat the curd well and add into it
  10. Add sugar and garam masala powder
