Instructions to make Mutton fry:
Take a pressure pan,pour oil in it allow to heat,then season it with cinnamon,cloves and fennel seeds
Then add onion (chopped into fine),tomato slices,ginger garlic paste and mutton keep frying for 2 minutes
Then put all the powder except pepper powder and salt as required,again fry it for 2 minutes
Add 25 ml water and close the lid pressure cook it for five minutes in a small burner.The flame must be in medium
Then open the pan add pepper powder to it and keep frying,the gravy we got is very spicy
Finally garnish with curry and coriander leaves
