  1. Get 250 gms drumstick
  2. Take 1 cup besan
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup kokum
  4. Take 1 cup jaggery
  5. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Prepare 1 tsp red chilly powder
  7. Take 2 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
  8. Take 1 tsp fennel powder
  9. Take 2 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
  10. Take 1 tsp mustard seed
  11. Make ready 3 dry red round chilly
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp hing
  13. Take 2 tbsp oil
  14. Take 1 tsp coriander leaves
Steps to make Drumstick gravy:
  1. Cut the drumsticks in 2" inches and boil them. Now in a pan heat oil and roast besan till aromatic and golden brown. In another vessel boil kokum and jaggery. Let it cool.
  2. Add all masala's to the gravy and cook the masala's. Now add the boiled drumsticks along with the water.
  3. Allow it to boil and cook well. Now in a small wok heat oil, crackle mustard seeds, kashmiri red chilly and dry red round chilly. Pour the seasoning over the gravy. Garnish with coriander leaves.
