  1. Rinse the potato.
  2. Slice the potato.
  3. Soak the potato in lukewarm water.
  4. Drain out and leave aside.
  5. In another bowl mix whole wheat flour, corn flour and salt.
  6. Now coat the potato with the flour mixture.
  7. And fry at low flame for 5 mins and then turn it to high flame.
  8. Fry till the colour changes to red brown.
  9. Take them out and sprinkle peri peri masala on it. And mix well.
  10. Serve hot with mayo or any sauce.
