Steps to make Rava masala puri with aloo ki sabzi:
  1. In a mixing boil add rava and dry ingred mix all properly with the normal hot water knead a dough..and cover it rest for 10 min
  2. Take a pressure cooked add 2-3 mustard oil.when its hot then add panch phoran grated ginger and all the dry species mix it well don't burn the species then add tomatoes cooked till it loose oil
  3. /fter then add chopped tomatoes abd half cup water and cook for 2-3whistles.after 3 whistle its done then adf garam masala.
  4. For the puri take a woke heat up oil..when the oil is hot add the puri and puff from both the sides till it golden in colour…its done to serve
