  16. Take 2 handful peppery green (am using rocket, watercress and spinach salad bag)
  17. Take 2 red radishes
  18. Prepare 1/2 cucumber
  19. Make ready 1/2 avocado
  20. Prepare 6 cherry tomatoes

Thinly slice steak against the grain and arrange over salad. Sprinkle with chives and drizzle with ¼ c of dressing. This Steak Salad is hearty enough to serve as the full meal for lunch or dinner, and has tons of flavor. Steak is pan seared and sliced thinly, then paired with ingredients like queso fresco, avocado, tomatoes, and a fresh Cilantro Lime Dressing.

Instructions to make Steak salad with shoyu dressing:
  1. Pat dry the steak with paper towel. Sprinkle both sides generously with sea salt and black pepper
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan on high heat. I cook for 8 minutes for medium as instruction in the steak packages.
