  1. Get 1 Cup Coconut pieces
  2. Prepare 8-10 Kokum pieces

Steps to make Solkadi:
  1. Soak the kokum in 1cup hot water for 30 minutes. Squeeze and discard the pulp. keep aside.
  2. Grind the grated coconut, ginger and chillies together with the help of water. Now squeeze the milk out of the paste.
  3. Now add the coconut milk mixture into the kokum water. Mix it well. Add salt.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
