The ingredients needed to make Cabbage sabzi:
  1. Get 500 gms cabbage
  2. Get 2 onions
  3. Get 1 carrot
  4. Take 4 Green chillies ,chopped

  8. Make ready 2 Tomatoes

  1. Take utensil heat up oil add onion, capsicum, carrot saute for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add cabbage and salt to it, cook cabbage until its color changes to lite brown then add tomato and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. When cabbage cook properly then add dry spices (turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala).simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cabbage sabzi is ready to serve, garnish with coriander. leaves.
