  3. Add hot milk in bits as you continue to knead until its well combined to attain a chapati dough consistency (not too hard not too soft).
  4. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 15mins then roll into a 1cm width, cut into desired shapes and deep fry on medium heat to golden brown.
