Firstly sieve the fry ingredients all-purpose flour,salt,powder sugar,baking powder,baking soda set aside now mix all the wet ingredients whip up sugar & butter next crack in eggs whip it further add in both essence then add cocoa powder & red colour mixed together pop it in batter whip up all in one direction don’t over mix the batter
While we whipped all wet ingredients now pop in the dry ingredients then fold it take a cake mould add in the parchment paper then pop the batter as required for the cake in added an inch layer for this cake now just pop it in microwave for 2 minutes then again two minutes in intervals just check using a frock spoon it must be dry & it will bounce back slightly please check in center it’s ready let it cool down to room temperature
Besides prepare the butter cream frosting just add in butter, icing sugar whip it up until stiff peaks formed then add vanilla essence & green food colour drops I used liquid colour.just fold it in frosting.spread it in the cake & garnish it with tutti frutti or as per choice I have used my homemade tutti frutti for topping just cool it for about 30 minutes & enjoy the cake
