  1. Make ready 2 bowls Cooked leftover rice
  2. Get 3/4 cup Chopped capsicum, carrots, cabbage altogether
  3. Make ready 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. Prepare to taste Salt
  6. Get as required Oil
  7. Prepare 1 tsp Jeera

Instructions to make Veg Masala Rice:
  1. Heat some oil in a wok.
  2. Add all chopped vegs and stir fry.Take out on a plate.Add onions and saute.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste,salt and saute further.
  4. Now add turmeric,chilli powder, garam masala half tsp and fried veggies.Stir well.
  5. Add leftover rice and stir fry 5mins more.
