  6. Jub golden brown ho jaein tu is main Ginger garlic paste add karein 2 minute per low heat per fry karein
  7. Phir water Wala mix masala add karein 2 se 3 minute per low heat per fry karein
  8. Jub oil separate ho jaein tu mutton add karein 2 se 3 minute per high heat per fry karein
  9. Phir salt add karein or 2 se 3 minute take medium heat per fry karein
  10. Phir yoghurt add karein or 2 se 3 minute take low heat per fry karein
  11. Phir Kasmiri chilli powder add karein 2 se 3 minute take low heat per fry karein
  12. Phir 1.5 litter water add karein or pressure ko band karein 4 whistle per
  13. Phir is ke oper fresh coriander kaat kar dalain or serve karein
