  1. Peel the tinde,do hole in tinde.
  2. Add chana dal,salt,red chilli powder and chat masala in a mixing bowl,fill this mixture in tinde.
  3. Heat oil in a wok add hing and cumin seeds when crackle add onion paste and saute it
  4. Now add tomato puree and spices and saute till leave the oil.
  5. Add some water and stuff tinde in this,cover and cook till soft the tinde.
  6. Add green coriander and serve with roti.
