  1. First peel and wash the tindas.
  2. With the help of holer or peelar do the hole in the tindas for stuffing.
  3. Now finely chop all the pieces of the tinda which has come out of the hole.
  4. Now take a kadai and heat it.
  5. Add oil and hing.
  6. Now add jeera in it.
  7. Now add chopped green chilli in it.
  8. Saute it and add chopped pieces of tinda in it.
  9. Mix it and add Leftover Paneer Bhurji into it.
  10. And after adding bhurji add all the dry spices ingredients into it.
  11. Mix it very well and cover it with the lid for 5 mins by adding 2 tblspn water into it.
  12. After that stirr it and evaporate all the excess of water if it is there in it.
  13. Now let it cool.
  14. After that stuff this bhurji stuffing into the tindas one by one.
  15. Place these stuffed tindas in the Pressure cooker.
  16. Put rest of the stuffing on the tindas.
  17. Add little bit water to it.
  18. Cover it and pressure cook it for 2 whistles.
  19. After two whistles lower the flame for 10 mins to 15 mins.
  20. After it check whether tindas are cooked or not.
  21. If it is cooked then evaporate or dry out the excess of water.
  22. Now garnish these stuffed tindas with chopped coriander leaves.
