Instructions to make Masoor ke daal tinday:
  1. Add 1cup of oil in a pan then add onion and golden brown them then add ginger garlic paste now add tomatoes and cover until tomatoes tenderize for almost 5 to 10 min
  2. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and soak daal and broil it well for 5 min
  3. Then add 3 to 4 glass of water and let the daal tenderize for 15 min then add chopped cubes of tinday..
  4. Then add salt and sour salt and green chillies and let it cook until tinday tenderize..it will take almost 20 min…then add chopped mint and corriender
  5. Then prepare for tarka by adding half cup of oil in a pan then add chopped onion and cumin, when onions golden brown then add curry leaves and round red chillies then after 1 min pour tarka over daal and serve with rice, achar,crakers and salad..❤
