Take 100 gms yellow moong daal
Get 50 gms chilka daal
Get 25 gms tuvar daal

Instructions to make Veg Dhansak:
Make red sauce by roasting capsicums on gas.
Boil together roasted capsicum, carrot, tomatoes, ginger and garlic.
Cool and mash it.
Boil the three daals, salt, 1 tomato,ginger and chilli powder.
Make green sauce by boiling together all the green vegetables, 1 tomato and 1 spoon daal. and mashing them.
Heat a non stick pan and roast, mustard, cummin seeds and whole garam masala
Add red sauce.cook for 5 minutes.
Add the daal mixture.
Add the green mixture.
Add all the spices. Cook for 5minutes more.
Serve hot with steamed jeera rice and salad.
