  1. Sab se pehle mixi ke jar me ghee or 3-4 tsp chilled water add kar grind karein.
  2. Ab milk add kar grind kar lein.creamy hone tak.
  3. Ab thoda thoda maida add karein,water mix karein or grind karein.
  4. Jab batter smooth ho jye tb tak grind karein.mixing bowl me nikal le or lemon juice add karein.
  5. Ab pan (kadai) me ghee tej garam karein.mold mid me rakhe.
  6. Jab ghee tej garam ho jye tb thoda thoda kar ke batter ko daale or bich se space banaye.
  7. Ache se fry kar lein.
  8. Fry Kiya hua ghevar oil se bhar nikal le.
  9. Ab cream ko whipped karein,sugar add karein,,ghevar per spread karein, dryfruits or silver balls se garnish karein.
