  1. Wash and cut babycorn into halves. Boil water in a pan, add 1/2 tsp salt and boil baby corns for 2 minutes on medium to high flame.
  2. After 2 minutes turn off the flame and drain the water and transfer baby corns in a bowl. Now add cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper and ginger garlic paste and mix well. Heat oil in a Kadhai and fry baby corns till golden brown and crispy.

Now add 1/4 cup water to make gravy. Cook for 1 min. Add honey. Mix it and add fried baby corns and cook for 2-3 mins. Sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
