  14. Get Brinjal 4-5 cut in to pieces
  15. Take 1 bunch Spanish
  16. Get 100 gm Peas
  17. Make ready 100 gm Green beans
  18. Get 100 gm White chickpeas
  19. Make ready 100 gm Cluster beans
  20. Prepare Salt as per taste
  21. Take 4 Tbsp Red chilli powder
  22. Take 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  23. Make ready 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  24. Prepare 5-6 tbsp Yogurt
  25. Get Small Green chilies 40 or as per taste
  26. Make ready 1 1/2 cup Oil
  27. Prepare For Dhokra :
  28. Prepare In blender yogurt and green chilies blend it weel
Instructions to make Memoni Dhokra:
  1. After 2 hours heat oil and shallow fry fish for both side.
  2. In A pan heat oil then add tomatoes and all spices when tomatoes turn soft add all vegetables and chickpeas and cook for 10 to 15 minutes after 15 minutes add 2 cup of water when water boils add shaped Dhokra to cook after 30 to 35 minutes check when Dhokra softens turn off the flame and serve it with fried fish
  3. For Dhokra : In blender yogurt and green chillies blend it well. Then take Aata in bowl add salt as per taste and cumin seeds 1tsp blend it, knead it well and shape them
