  2. Prepare Pinch yellow food colour

  4. Prepare 2 tbsp chopped pista,almonds

  6. Get 1.1 /2 cup sugar
  7. Get 1 cup water
  8. Make ready as needed Ghee for fry
Instructions to make Urad Dal RasBhari:
  1. Soak urad dal for 2-3 hours.drain the water transfer into a blender and blend it.make a smooth paste.
  2. Heat ghee in a wok add small balls of urad dal and deep fry til crispy.
  3. Put sugar,water,kesar,food colour and cardamom powder in a wok,make sugar syrup.
  4. Dip fried balls in sugar syrup for 5-6 hours.
  5. Transfer in to a serving bowl garnish with chopped nuts and serve it.
