The ingredients needed to make Wheat Cake:
  1. Prepare 2 cup Wheat flour
  2. Take 2 tablespoon almond powder
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup Jaggery
  4. Get 1/2 cup Oil or ghee
  5. Prepare 2 tablespoon Coconut powder
  6. Take 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  8. Take 1 teaspoon Elaichi (cardamom)powder
  9. Take 4 tablespoon Milk
Steps to make Wheat Cake:
  1. Mix and sieveall the dry powder ingredients
  2. Wash jaggery and melt it in 1 teacup of water and strain it
  3. Add dry mixture to the jaggery water and blend. Add oil
  4. Add milk till you get a thick batter
  5. Grease a cake tin with oil and then sprinkle some Maida all over
  6. Tap the cake tin
  7. Bake in a preheated oven @180 degrees for 30-35 mins
