Make ready 1 tsp kasuri methi
Prepare 500 gms paneer
Take 1/2 cup curd
Prepare 2 tbsp malai

Instructions to make Paneer makhni biryani:
For rice preparation - Soak rice for 1/2an hour Take a pan,pour 4 cups ofwater and boil it and add salt,bay leaf,cloves,cinnamon stick,green cardamom, lemon wedge,ghee,green coriander leaves and add rice in it.Cook the rice in boiling water until 3/4 done.Strain it
For gravy preparation -Take a pan,put oil and butter in it,add cumin seed and saute for few seconds than add onion,tomatoes, garlic,ginger,kashmiri red chilli,sugar,garam masala,salt,cashew, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,mix all ingredients well.
Add 500 ml water and cover it and cook for 8 mins.Cool tham and grind into a fine paste and take a pan and pour gravy from mixerand add 1/2 cup of curd,malai,kasuri methi,
Add 1/4 cup fried onion and mix well and add paneer in gravy mix well cook for 5 mins
For paneer makhni biryani preparation -Take a pan and spread ghee than layer of paneer makhni than layer of rice sprinkke some coriander leaves and fried onions than again layer of paneer makhni and sprinkle some coriander leaves and fried onions tgan again layer of rice
Pour 1 tbsp of ghee on rice cover it for few seconds and set on a tawa on low flame and cook for 10 mins.Take a onion slice and put slice in between of rice,take a leave charcoal and put on onion slice for smoke the biryani cover it for 4 mins.
Serve it in a serving bowl
