  1. In a wok heat oil, add g.g paste and all vegetables and fry (except tomato and meethi)
  2. 10 min later now add tomato and cover and cook on 10 min
  3. Now add all spices mix well and cook for 5 min now add water,cover and cook for 15 min
  4. After 15 min now add methi fresh coriander, garam masala, mix well, cover and cook on low flame for 15 min
  5. Mix vegetable sabzi is ready.. gently mix and transfer to a serving bowl
