Instructions to make Yakhni chanay with cream:
  1. First of all make a yakhni of motton polao (I have given already in beef/ motton polao).
  2. Now soak the chanay overnight,next day drain the water add 2 teaspoon of meetha soda for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Next heat the pan add oil / ghee add onions and ginger garlic paste sauté it then add zeera and green chilli with tomato mix it well.
  4. Now add chanay and cook it with spoon 🥄 then add yogurt and continuely stir it well.
  5. Add 2 cups of mutton yakhni and cook it until it becomes tender completely.
  6. After 30 minutes check the chanay if it’s tender than cream, Coriander, julienne ginger and garnishing with cream.
  7. A yummy and rich taste yakhni chanay with cream is ready to serve with kulcha/ naan, enjoy it.
