The ingredients needed to make Jamun Shots:
  1. Get 200 gm de-seeded jamuns
  2. Take 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Take 1 small boiled beetroot(optional)
  4. Get 2-3 lemon wedges
  5. Get Handful mint leaves
  6. Get to taste Black salt
  7. Make ready to taste Salt
  8. Take as needed crushed ice
Instructions to make Jamun Shots:
  1. In a blender Jar, take de-seeded jamuns, add crushed ice, boiled beetroot,mint leaves and blend well.
  2. Now add sugar and black salt and blend till it gets smooth consistency.
  3. Lastly rub the glass edges with lemon wedges and then dip the edges of glass on salt plate so it's well coated with salt.(Optional)
  4. Serve jamun in these glasses and you add lemon wedge on side of glass, garnish with mint leaves etc.
